The NorthEast Capital team just spent a great day at the LIVE! 2023 - Driving Forward UK Electrification Technologies event organised by Innovate UK KTN. We met lots of fantastic UK companies (small, medium and large) doing great things on our journey to tackle #climatechange.
There was an informative panel session and presentations from Simon Robeson of NorthEast Capital, Matt Boyle OBE, Aaron B. of BGF and Suzanna Hinson of the Green Finance Institute.
It was clear that there is a massive gap in #scaleup finance for UK #climatetech businesses that the members of the panel are seeking to address with determination. Success will mean a massive boost towards #netzero at the same time as economic development for the UK, especially in the regions.
